We Buy Books We buy hardcover and paperback books in all subjects. We pay cash for non-fiction (Scholarly, Biography, History, Science, scholarly books etc.) and give store credit for fiction (novels, Mystery, Romance, etc.). If you have books to sell please call us at 781-356-6335.
About our shop We are open Monday 12-5 and Tuesday-Saturday 10-5 and our phone number is 781-356-6335. We buy, sell and trade books in all subject areas. If you can't find what your looking for please fill out our off-line search form. We will search our off-line inventory and try to find a copy. We have over 20,000 paperback novels in our shop, so send us your want lists.
Directions We are located two minutes from the Braintree Split (Routes 93, 3 & 128) and have plenty of free parking.
From the North or West take Route 93 or 128 to Route 3 South and take the first exit (Washington St./Quincy Adams T Station). The exit is just 1/10 of a mile after the split so be sure to stay to the right. The ramp splits and you should stay to the right, following the signs to Washington St. At the end of the ramp take a right on to Washington St. We are .75 miles on the right, just past the second traffic light.
From the South take Route 3 North to Exit 17. Take the rotary 3/4 around and take a right on to Union St. At the end of Union St. take a right on to Washington St. We are about one mile on the left, directly at the second traffic light.
By Public Transportation The 230 bus stops in Braintree Square, just a few steps from the our shop and can be taken from Red Line stations at Quincy Center or Braintree.

If you want to browse our books on a particular subject click on the category and you will see the sub-categories. For example, if you are looking for books on World War II, click on "History", then "Military", then "World War II" and you will see all the books on that subject.
